Max is a multi-discipline Property Manager and Technology Director. With over 10 years in remote IT management Max is able to support everything a modern building infrastructure needs. Evan Williams has been with Granite Properties for 10 years managing commercial properties. He is a licensed Realtor with over 16 years’ experience in sales and leasing transactions regarding Commercial Real Estate assets. Evan is heavily involved with the local IREM Chapter as a committee chair, 2023 Committee Lead of the year, and recipient of the Chapter’s 2018 Member of the Year awards.

Gina Lopez has served in the property management industry for 13 years, and currently manages both commercial and multi-family properties at Granite Properties. She holds a current sales license through TREC and is an active member of the local IREM chapter. Gina is currently pursuing a CPM certification.
